An online flying laser marking machine mounts directly on your packaging or production line. An encoder tracks conveyor speed and the laser marks each product as it passes — no stopping, no ink and no solvent. It is the modern, low-running-cost replacement for continuous inkjet (CIJ) coders.
What it can mark
Batch number, manufacturing and expiry date, MRP, time, shift code, serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes and logos — updated automatically for every product.
Integration
The system connects to photo-sensors and encoders, can be supplied with a conveyor or fitted to your existing line, and supports fiber, CO2 or UV sources depending on the packaging material: fiber for metal and plastic, CO2 for paper, cartons and PET, UV for sensitive packaging.
