A normal 2D laser marker has a fixed focal plane, so marks blur on curved or stepped parts. The 3D laser marking machine adds a dynamic focusing module that changes the focus in real time while marking. The result: uniform, sharp marking on spheres, cylinders, slopes and multi-level surfaces.
