300 × 300 mm up to 600 × 800 mm gantry
Positioning
CCD camera assisted
  • Free sample testing
  • Installation & training
  • Pan-India service support

Battery pack performance and safety depend on hundreds of small electrical joints. A battery laser welding machine produces these joints with consistent penetration and very low heat input, protecting the cells from thermal damage while giving low electrical resistance.

Where it is used

  • Cylindrical cells (18650, 21700, 32650) to nickel or copper busbars.
  • Prismatic cell terminal welding and module busbars.
  • Pouch cell tab welding.
  • Battery pack assembly for EVs, e-rickshaws, inverters and energy storage.

Automation ready

Available as a galvo-scanner workstation with fixtures and CCD positioning, or as a gantry system for larger modules. Parameters for each joint type are stored and recalled with one click.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is laser welding better than spot (resistance) welding for batteries?
Laser welding gives more consistent joints, works on thicker copper busbars and single-side access, and is easier to automate than resistance spot welding.
Can you make fixtures for our cells?
Yes. We design fixtures for your cell type and pack layout.
